Short, because there isn't much to disclose. We collect as little as possible and we don't track how you use the apps.
The website
This site is static. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs to deliver pages and downloads and to mitigate abuse; those logs are the host's, handled under their terms.
The contact form
When you send the contact form, the name, email and message you enter are transmitted through a third-party form service (Web3Forms) so they can reach us by email, and through Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. We use what you send only to reply.
The apps
This season the apps include no usage tracking, no analytics, and no licence system. Obstacle Mapper connects out only to fetch obstacle data; Obstacle Sentry reads your own AIS/NMEA feed. A future, opt-in update check is designed but not yet shipped — when it ships, this page will say exactly what it sends (and it will be disclosed in the app first).
Terms, briefly
The tools are provided as-is, to support navigation and tactics. They do not replace official charts, a proper passage plan, or your seamanship and judgement. You are responsible for the safe navigation of your vessel.
